You’ve Gotta See the Hefty Price Tag on Disney’s New MagicBand+

Several new MagicBand+ options — including one featuring an immensely popular Star Wars character — just debuted on the Disney Store website… but this one is going to cost you.

Disney’s new MagicBand+ features Ahsoka Tano. The character, first introduced in the Clone Wars cartoon almost 20 years ago, is one of the most popular Star Wars characters introduced this millennium. She debuted in live-action, as portrayed by Rosario Dawson, during the second season of The Mandalorian, before starring in her own Disney+ series. Wanna see the newest addition on the Disney Store website?

The Ahsoka Tano MagicBand+ features images of the character on both sides of the band and the phrase “I Am No Jedi” in the center. However, this limited edition MagicBand is going to cost more than normal. It retails for $54.99.

The band includes our favorite MagicBand+ feature — it’s got customizable, color-changing lights that interact with nighttime spectaculars in Disney World! Plus, this MagicBand has vibrations that sync to shows and attractions, gesture recognition, Bluetooth pairing, and connectivity to smart devices.

The band allows access to the Star Wars: Batuu Bounty Hunters interactive quest, which lets you be a bounty hunter at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. So, yes, this thing isn’t cheap, but if you’re a major Star Wars fan, this limited-edition souvenir might be the perfect addition to your collection.
