Disney World sure has pulled out all of the stops for the beginning of the 50th Anniversary!
There’s brand new entertainment in the parks, over 150 new eats and drinks, and even the fountain beverage cups got a makeover for the celebration. And, while you certainly need to be ready to brave the crowds if you’re headed into any of the parks today, you’ll be rewarded with something that is rarely free in Disney World!
Earlier today, we learned that Disney is handing out a FREE 50th-anniversary poster to guests leaving Magic Kingdom, but that’s not all that is free today. We opened up our My Disney Experience app to learn that every guest visiting the parks today will receive complimentary downloads of all the Disney PhotoPass photos and videos from the day, including wallpapers!
So, whether you’re snapping a picture in front of Cinderella Castle…
…or testing out some of our unexpected poses for on-ride photos, you’ll be able to find them in the My Disney Experience app and download them to your phone free of charge today only!
Keep in mind that this is ONLY available for guests visiting on October 1st and the complementary wallpapers can only be downloaded for free 45 days from today.
