There’s a NEW theme park coming to Orlando next year!

The long-awaited and highly-anticipated Universal Epic Universe is opening on May 22nd, 2025, and fans are PUMPED. The new park comes with five themed lands, three new hotels, and lots of exciting attractions and offerings to check out. But if you’re hoping to visit when it opens, the ticket-buying process may be complicated.
Universal Epic Universe tickets will go on sale initially on October 22nd, 2024. During this initial phase of ticket sales, you’ll only be able to get access to Epic Universe by purchasing 3-day, 4-day, or 5-day Universal Orlando tickets.

With each of those ticket options, you’ll get one-day access to Epic Universe, with the other two, three, or four days of access to the other Universal Orlando parks. You won’t be required to make reservations to visit Epic Universe or the other parks, but you will have to pick a “start date” for your ticket when you purchase.

But what about Universal Orlando Annual Passholders? Passholders will have the exclusive opportunity to purchase single-day tickets to Epic Universe before they go on sale to the public. This priority opportunity starts on October 24th.

If you really don’t want to buy the 3-day, 4-day, or 5-day tickets, then you might not be entirely out of luck. Universal has shared that 1-day and 2-day tickets to Epic Universe will become available at a later date before the park opens. However, keep in mind that if you wait to purchase, you may risk tickets selling out for your travel dates.

So how much will tickets cost? Universal hasn’t released full details, but CNN reported that 3-day tickets will range from $374.88 to $554.87 (after tax) per person, depending on the date you visit. We’ll make sure to update you with prices for the 4-day and 5-day tickets when they’re released.

Express Passes are not available for purchase for Epic Universe at this time but will be launched at a later date before the park opens. The same goes for VIP Tour Experiences and My Universal Photo products.

If you’re interested in a hotel stay, you’ll also be able to bundle your tickets with a booking for a Universal Orlando Resort. With that hotel stay, you’ll get Early Theme Park Admission, complimentary transportation, and Universal’s “best price guarantee.”

So who’s getting ready to plan their trip to Epic Universe? Raise those hands! We’ll make sure to keep you updated with all the details once tickets launch, so stay tuned to AllEars.
