We’ve got a big update from the spookiest ride in all of Magic Kingdom!
Haunted Mansion is a beloved ride by many and in 2022, Disney announced that the Hatbox Ghost would be joining the Magic Kingdom version of the ride. The time has come — let’s go welcome Hatbox Ghost to the ride!
Come along…if you dare — because the Hatbox Ghost has materialized in Magic Kingdom’s Haunted Mansion.

We’ve seen construction go up inside the mansion, and there was much debate online about where we’d see this ghost through the ride. But we can now confirm that Hatbox Ghost is just past the endless hallway scene!
On his official debut day, there were lots of folks lined up to get a look — so make sure you allow for some time in those lines if you’re trying to see this happy haunt!
