There are lots of ways to do Disney World.

You may get tons of tips for your trips from family and friends, as well as from us, or other resources you use. So how do you know which are the best tips to use? Well, it all comes down to you and your travel party, but we asked our readers on Facebook to share a Disney World trip that changed the way they do the parks forever, and we have their answers!
Slow Down
One of the biggest tips our readers shared is to SLOW DOWN while you’re in the parks!

This may seem hard because you’re thinking of all the things you want to do, but if you don’t take the time to slow down and really enjoy your trip, you may find you don’t actually take it all in.

Many of our readers said that once they learned to slow down, they found their trips more enjoyable and less stressful.
Quincy, Emma and Fry Bucket recently had what they described as their most stressful trip to Disney World ever! You can see what happened right here:
Take That Midday Break
Many people don’t want to take breaks in Disney World because, hey, it’s Disney World! You’re spending all this money on vacation, so why would you want to leave the parks?

Many of our readers said though that taking a mid-day break was a HUGE game changer for them. It allowed them some time to rest during the day and get out of the heavy crowds and heat.

Ultimately, taking the time to relax helped them feel more energized for the second half of their day. So take that break!
Take a Resort Day
Even if you’re not staying on property, taking a day to relax back at your hotel/your accommodations was another really big tip from our readers.

Now, this really works better if you’re going for a longer trip, but it can work for any trips that are 3 days or more. While many people think that they’ll never get tired of Disney on their vacation, your feet can get tired, and the heat can take a toll.

So take a rest day during your vacation! Whether you spend it at the pool, sleeping in, or walking around Disney Springs — whatever you choose, it can help rejuvenate you for the rest of your trip.
Have A Plan, But Go With The Flow
The last tip our readers gave was to have a plan but go with the flow. Trust us, you can do both!

Having a plan is important because it can help everyone in your travel party throw in the hat the top things they’d like to do. It helps everyone feel like they have a say in the plan, and you know what you’d like to do around the park, BUT…

…it’s also important for everyone to know that things can go wrong in Disney. Rides can break down, construction can affect your restaurant or hotel plans, transportation can shut down, and anything in between. So be ready to go with the flow, because things can change on a whim!

And those are the tips that our readers say have totally changed their vacation! As always, stay tuned to AllEars for all the latest Disney news.
