We’ve loved celebrating all things Stitch today — aka, 626 Day!
Disney released some new merchandise and snacks to celebrate our favorite blue alien, and Universal even got in on the fun (we know, it surprised us too). But it turns out that Disney is also using 626 Day to reveal one of next year’s runDisney race themes to us because it stars Stitch!
Disney has revealed that their runDisney April 2024 Springtime Surprise Weekend will include Stitch’s ’Ohana Challenge, inspired by the film Lilo & Stitch. The theme will be evident in the medals for the 5K, 10K, and 10 Miler races, as well as the races themselves.
Disney has told us that there will be more surprises on the way for this race weekend, such as what other characters you’ll be able to see and meet, and we’ll be sure to keep an eye out for those announcements.
Disney recently announced new races coming for the holidays you’ll want to check out ASAP, and don’t forget that information has been released about next year’s Princess Half Marathon as well. Be sure to stay tuned to AllEars for all the latest runDisney news!
