Several things are changing around Disney World lately to reflect the official end of the 50th Anniversary Celebration.
We’ve seen snacks change or disappear, Cinderella Castle got a new look, and new nighttime spectaculars have begun. We noticed another exciting change today that could be right at your fingertips!
The Disney World app has a new look! The app now looks very similar to the Disneyland app, but features Cinderella Castle. Check it out!
It looks pretty different from the old app icon, which reflected the 50th Anniversary celebration. You can see it here:
When you open the app, there’s also a new opening screen that pops up while the app is loading. This also reflected the 50th Anniversary before but has been changed to an evergreen image of Cinderella Castle.

This only applies to iOS users, at the moment. There is no update for Android users yet.
I have an android and it’s been updated as of April 10.
