Are you ready to celebrate a BIG Disney milestone? We are!
The Walt Disney Company’s 100th anniversary celebration begins soon and we’re excited about everything coming to the celebration in Disneyland, including new snacks, a new look for Sleeping Beauty Castle, and more! Now, we have some details about new interactive decor coming to the parks!
That’s right! New 100th anniversary “platinum-infused” decor is coming to Disneyland, Disney California Adventure, Downtown Disney, and the hotels of Disneyland Resort! That includes platinum banners, as well as platinum statues and medallions that will interact with MagicBand+. They will work similar to how MagicBand+ works with the gold 50th anniversary statues in Disney World.
Not only that, but MagicBand+ will also interact with the new nighttime shows coming to the resort, “World of Color — One” in California Adventure and “Wondrous Journeys” in Disneyland. The MagicBand+ “will come to life with dancing lights and vibrations synchronized to the shows.”
The big celebration starts on January 27th and we’ll be there checking out EVERYTHING, so be sure to follow AllEars for more!
