Monday Night Football is an honored tradition for NFL fans!
Now, football fans will have another option for their Monday night watch party. According to Deadline, ESPN and Disney have reached a deal with Peyton and Eli Manning to produce Monday Night Football “megacasts.”
The Manning brothers are both Super Bowl-winning quarterbacks, each with two titles to their name. On select Monday nights — for 30 games over the next three season starting this fall — the Mannings will host a show on ESPN2 that could also be on ESPN+.
In the show, they will be “delving into conversation about broader, big-picture topics while also honing in on the game, much like fans do when watching with their family and friends.”
This MegaCast will also have a host (who hasn’t been determined yet) and will invite celebrities and athletes to visit on some episodes. The MegaCast is going to work in conjunction with the existing Monday Night Football content and is meant to give more options for entertainment to fans.
