NEWS: Disney Introducing NEW Educational Workshops for Students Soon

Have you ever wanted to see what it would be like to be a Disney Imagineer, creator, or performer?

Well, aside from the new Disney+ series that takes you behind the scenes of the creation of Disney rides and movies, Disney is introducing a new experience made for students in the parks next year!

Disney has announced a new program called Disney Imagination Campus, which will allow students to enroll and learn skills within four pillars including Arts & Humanities, Science & Technology, Leadership & Innovation, and Performance Experiences and Performing Arts.

The new workshops will include a curriculum that uses what Disney is calling “imagination powered learning” which is meant to inspire future generations to continue learning as they grow.

And, one piece of this is a new collaboration with Kahoot! that will introduce a new interactive aspect to select ticketed experiences, performance workshops, and educational workshops.

Educational workshops are set to begin in January 2022, with Performance Experiences and Performing Arts Workshops beginning in late fall 2021.
