Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a lot of special events have had to be temporarily suspended or canceled at theme parks around the world.

At Universal Orlando Resort, Grad Bash and other grad events have been postponed for 2021. BUT, now we’ve got a BIG update about the future of these events.
Earlier today, Universal Orlando Resort shared a press release about the future of Grad Bash and Gradadventure — two graduation events that typically take place at the resort. Today, Universal has announced that Grad Bash and Gradventure will both return to Universal Orlando in spring 2022!
The events are set to take place across Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure.

When will these events take place in 2022? Well, Universal has already shared the list of dates. Check out the currently scheduled dates for these events below:
- Grad Bash: April 1st, 2nd, 8th, 29th, 30th
- Gradventure: May 6th, 13th, 20th

If you’re unfamiliar with the events, Grad Bash is a celebration that takes place for high school seniors, while Gradventure is a celebration for middle school graduates.
During Grad Bash and Gradadventure, the students are able to enjoy more than 50 attractions across Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure.

So, if you’ll be graduating from high school or middle school next year, or your child will be graduating at that time, Grad Bash and Gradadventure will be available once again!
We’ll continue to keep an eye out for more updates from Universal and let you know what we find.
