Have you been to Universal Orlando Resort for the Mardi Gras International Flavors of Carnaval?

The party kicked off at Universal Studios at the beginning of February and features a variety of food booths, Mardi Gras floats and entertainment, and, of course, lots of beads throughout the park. And, if you haven’t been able to visit for the festival just yet, now there will be more time to celebrate!
The festival had originally been extended to end on April 11th, but, due to popular demand, Universal Orlando is bumping the date back again and Mardi Gras will now run through May 2nd. In total, that’s almost three full months of celebrations! So now you can eat more food…

…collect more beads from the floats throughout the park…

…and shop more specialty-themed merchandise!

Universal Orlando has been a popular place to visit during the spring break period, reaching capacity early in the morning some days, so be sure to head to the parks early if you’re planning to visit! And, stay tuned for more Universal news and updates!
