Virtual Queue for A Touch of Disney Tickets Has Been PAUSED!

Update: As of Thursday evening, the website indicates that tickets for the event are no longer available

If you’re trying to get tickets to Disneyland Resort’s upcoming event, A Touch of Disney, you may be having a difficult time!

We were told that the tickets would go on sale today, but not given a specific time. This morning, we noticed that a virtual wait room was available for those wishing to purchase, and not too long after, the queue went live to purchase tickets. The wait time was almost instantly over an hour, and now there seems to be another big issue!

After waiting in the queue for about half an hour, our screens changed to reflect the following message: “The queue has been paused as we are temporarily unable to sell more tickets. When we can do so, the queue will reopen.”

We later got this message on our screens, assuring us that tickets were not sold out.

It’s likely that this website is so popular at the moment that Disney’s having some glitches. We’ll make sure to keep you updated as we wait in the queue, but rest assured that the latest update has made clear that tickets are still available.

  1. So upset. After 7 hours I was getting an error message during purchase. 4 different credit cards and it didn’t work. Others on Facebook Passholders page recounted it happened to them as well. As I write this my wife is at work in a queue but by now nearly all days are gone. I am re-queued but not holding out hope. After 1 1/2 hours on hold for help, I read a post that they could not do anything on the Castmember side so I gave up with calling. So bummed out!
