Do you have a subscription to Disney+?

With tons of shows and movies, plus lots of original content, since it’s debut, Disney+ has been priced at $6.99 a month. However, starting later this month, the streaming platform will be getting a price increase. Today, we’re sharing the best tips and ways to avoid spending the extra money, while still getting to enjoy your favorite entertainment!
If you’re anything like us, you definitely want to hold on to that Disney+ subscription because you’re psyched for all the original shows and movies coming this year. We don’t blame you! But starting later in March, you’ll be paying $7.99 a month to get that Disney magic on your TV. Let’s break down the various bundles and find out the best way to save!

Monthly Subscription
With a Disney+ monthly subscription, the price change is the most obvious. While they currently cost $6.99 a month, this subscription will go up to $7.99 later this month. If you’re looking to avoid the increase, then this is probably not the payment option you’ll want to choose

One-Year Subscription
If you want the most “bang for your buck” with Disney+ alone, then this is the subscription you need. Purchase your one-year subscription currently for $69.99 before the price increase. It saves about $14 as compared to paying monthly, and it’ll save you an additional $10 if you renew or purchase before the price goes up to $79.99 later in March.

The Hulu and ESPN+ Bundle
While ordering Disney+ this way won’t save you from the price increase, it will be able to save you money and get you three streaming services at once! For $12.99 a month ($13.99 starting in March), you can get Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ all together. If you’d prefer an ad-free Hulu experience, then upgrade for $18.99 a month ($19.99 in March).

Giving the Gift of Streaming
If you’re a first-time Disney+ subscriber or you’re purchasing a first-time subscription for someone else, then you can get the Disney+ gift card for $69.99. A price increase hasn’t specifically been announced for this one-year subscription card, but you should probably go ahead and purchase it to be safe. Keep in mind that this can only be redeemed by new subscribers.
There you have it, that’s everything you need to know about avoiding that Disney+ price hike! If you’re looking to save, we recommend that you go ahead and purchase your annual subscription now. In the meantime, we’ll make sure to keep you updated on all the latest Disney+ news!
