One of Disneyland‘s signature restaurants announced a new event series that will surely delight foodies and wine lovers alike.
Well-known for its signature offerings and exquisite beverage options, Steakhouse 55 remains a top choice for those looking for the ultimate dining experience in Disneyland.
A vintner from the featured vineyard will be there to talk to you about the wine’s journey from grape to glass. They will also explain why it is the selected wine for the course or meal.
The first event will take place on Wednesday, January 15, 2020 and will highlight wines from Wente Vineyards of California. They are the longest, continuously run, family-owned vineyard in the country, dating back to 1883. The event will be hosted by owner and fifth-generation family member Aly Wente.
The menu will feature a five course dinner, including a Green Vegetable “Meatball”, Lobster and Beetroot Salad, Crispy Kurobuta Porchetta, Aged Eye of Ribeye, Savile Row Stilton Blue, and White Chocolate-Satsuma Gâteau. Each course will be paired with a pre-selected wine.
Reservations are available now on Disneyland’s website. The event takes place from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm on January 15 and is $130.00 per person. The price includes tax and gratuity and five hours of valet parking at the Disneyland hotel, however, discounts do not apply to the event’s price.
