The new Planet Hollywood Observatory at Disney Springs has been releasing photos of the new venue, as well as items from its new menu, on its Facebook page. Although no opening date has been announced, the location has been advertising for new hires and reservations can be made on the company's website starting December 15. Among the menu items the new restaurant will feature are Citrus Kale Salad, BBQ Ribs, the combo platter High Roller, and custom burgers like the Mayor of Flavortown, designed by Guy Fieri, of the Food Network's "Diners, Drive-ins and Dives."
