Walt Disney World has proclaimed that the summer of 2018 would be called the Incredible Summer to tie into the release of the Incredibles 2, the long await sequel to the Incredibles! Black Spire Outpost – Name of Village in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge

At the May 28 Star Wars: Galactic Nights event at Disney's Hollywood Studios, news about Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge was announced. Story editor Margaret Kerrison shared for the first time that the name of the village is called Black Spire Outpost. She also shared some of the history behind the name and how this village is closely associated with the geological formations that surround it.
