A Disney World Hotel Restaurant Is Permanently CLOSING in June

Disney World guests will have to book their dining reservations at this hotel restaurant before it’s closed for good this summer.

A lot is happening at the Disney Swan & Dolphin Hotels in Disney World. It was just announced that Picabu at the Dolphin permanently closed very abruptly. And a new location named Lagoon opened in its place. Now, there is another restaurant closing here and making way for something new!

Shula’s Steak House is a table-service restaurant located at the Dolphin Hotel. It’s owned by former Miami Dolphins football Coach Don Shula, but it has just been announced that it will be permanently closing!

Shula’s Steakhouse is still taking reservations through June 14th, 2025. After that, the restaurant will close for a new restaurant to take over the location.

Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina will take its place.  Mina is an American celebrity chef, restaurateur, and cookbook author, and owns the Mina Group, which manages 40 restaurants around the country. We recently visited the one in California and you can read our review below!
