We’ve gotten some big Disneyland news today!

The parks are reopening on April 30th — and today, Disney released important information on when tickets will go on sale! It’s important to note that the parks will initially only be open for California residents. But if you are in that group, you’ll want to know all the details about Park Hopping!
Park Hopping is returning (for guests who have valid Park Hopper tickets) with the reopening of Disneyland Resort! Just like in Disney World, you’ll have to make a Park Pass reservation for your first park of the day.

You’ll be able to Park Hop starting at 1PM — note that this is different than the 2PM start time in Disney World. You will not have to make a reservation to enter that second park, but your ability to get in will be subject to park capacity. Park hours are currently scheduled for 9AM-7PM, so you’ll have quite a bit of time in that second park once you hop.

And of course, if you have a multi-day ticket, you’ll have to make a separate Park Pass reservation for each day of your visit. Overall, it seems like the Park Hopping scheme at Disneyland will be pretty similar to Disney World’s — except for that difference in start time!

We’ll continue to keep you posted as we receive more updates on Disneyland’s reopening. Stay tuned to AllEars!
