When visiting resorts, I try to find iconic locations and times of day. All Walt Disney World resorts from Values to Deluxes are beautiful and unique. I find photographing them both challenging and enjoyable.
Waiting for a bus at Disney’s Pop Century Resort, I turned around and saw the clouds give a wonderful backdrop to the colorful century icons.

The ultra wide angle lens captured the sweeping scene.
The monorail station at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort is a contrast of the traditional wooden architecture and the modern monorail trains which service the resort.

I used a fast shutter speed to freeze the slow moving monorail as it entered the station and opened up the shadows in post processing.
Night time at Walt Disney World is always magical whether you are in a park or at any of the resorts. This quiet night scene at Disney’s Port Orleans-Riverside Resort is a good example.

I used a railing to help stabilize the camera for the slow shutter speed.
