Season of the Force is officially BACK at Disneyland Park, and Star Wars fans have A LOT to get excited about!

The Star Wars celebration Season of the Force officially kicked off in Disneyland Park on March 28th, and will run through May 11th, 2025. We had the chance to check out all the event has to offer this year, including some exciting NEW experiences!
The Season of the Force event primarily takes place in the Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge area of Disneyland, although there are also a few other offerings scattered throughout the resort. It’s a celebration of the Star Wars universe, complete with exclusive new snacks, merchandise, and limited-time entertainment offerings.

One of the exciting new offerings this year is the arrival of Luke Skywalker, who is meeting guests on Batuu for the first time!

Also new this year is the nightly projection show “Shadows of Memory: A Skywalker Saga.” The show uses projection effects to transform the spires of Batuu near the Millennium Falcon to tell the story of the Skywalkers, accompanied by an iconic musical score. We thought this show was stunning and we would definitely recommend checking it out!

On select nights, you can also catch the continuing “Fire of the Rising Moons” fireworks show, which can be seen from several areas in Galaxy’s Edge, including the Black Spire Spaceport, the TIE Echelon docking platform, and the speeder garage. There are lots of great picture opportunities during the show if you’re looking for some Insta-worthy shots!

We also got a look at some of the new merchandise coming to the park for Season of the Force, including a new retro collection and the addition of Star Wars plushes available for the first time for Create Your Own Headbands.

We even got a sneak peek at the new RC Mouse Droid, which will be available for purchase in Disneyland soon!

For all the foodies out there, you can find special Season of the Force eats both inside Galaxy’s Edge and at several other locations around Disneyland Resort.

Overall, we thought the two new entertainment additions were great, especially for big-time Star Wars fans. Plus, we always enjoy the chance to snag new food and merch! If you’d like to experience the limited-time Season of the Force offerings, be sure to head to Disneyland from now through May 11th to check it out!
