This Calendar Just Made Booking a Disney World Hotel So Much Easier

When staying at a Disney World hotel, you get more than just a great themed resort.

Disney World hotel guests get some good perks like Early Entry and Deluxe Resort guests can take advantage of Extended Evening Hours. In 2025, you can head to one of Disney’s water parks for FREE on the day of check-in. But, this can all come at a hefty price! That’s why we knew we had to share what is likely to become your new favorite secret way to save on your Disney trips!

The Swan, The Dolphin, and The Swan Reserve are all located on Disney property, but they are not operated by the Disney Company. They are all Marriott hotels. They do still get similar perks as other Disney hotel guests like the early entry, but they do not get the free water park perk this year.

But that shouldn’t stop you from staying there, especially when you find out about this! We found a calendar that will show you value days for all three of those resorts. While it won’t show you the price on the calendar if you have flexibility, you could plan your trip using this information.

The calendar shows value dates in blue and sold-out dates in red. The Swan Resort has several value days February-April with even some dates over the weekend! So how much can you save? We looked at March 1st for a 2 Queen Beds, No View, Traditional Guest Room and it was $322 compared to a non-value night on March 8th at a $409 rate. That means you could save $87!

May and June have almost full weeks that are listed as value dates! It looks like the calendar shows them until October 2025 as there are none listed from then until the end of the year.

The Dolphin Resort has only a few value dates from February through April… But when we checked out the price for a 1-night stay on March 1st, a value night, for a 2 Double Beds, Resort View, Guest Room it was $295. We then compared the same room to the following week on March 8th and it is $369! That’s a $74 difference.

May looks like the best month to grab value days together and June 11-14th could be a great option.

The Swan Reserve only has 8 value days total from February to April. We checked that same March 1st date for a Traditional Epcot View, Guest room, 2 Queen it was $469 and we compared it to March 8th, which is $519.

If you are looking to travel this summer, the Swan Reserve is the hotel to stay at! Look at all of those consecutive value days in May, June, July, and August!
