It’s no secret we LOVE seeing our favorite Disney characters in the parks.
And Disney just announced that a NEW character is coming to Disneyland soon!
DEADPOOL will be coming to Disneyland soon!
That’s right, Wade Winston Wilson’s alter ego will be hanging around the Avengers Campus at Disney California Adventure starting July 26th.
Deadpool’s appearance at Disneyland is no doubt to promote the new movie Deadpool & Wolverine, which opens July 26th.
Disney says Deadpool will be hanging around for a limited time, but has not said exactly when his visit to Disneyland will end. And if you’re in Paris, Deadpool will also be meeting guests in Disneyland Paris starting July 24th!
We do hope that Deadpool is allowed to bring his brand of sarcastic humor to the Disney Parks — but we’re guessing he’s probably going to have to tone it down quite a bit!
“The character is very crass. His brain is like a half-eaten omelet inside the skull of a 7-year-old,” according to Ryan Reynolds (who portrays Wade Wilson and his alter ego).
