While the snacks and entertainment are great and all, the rides are the main appeal of the Disney Parks for most folks.

Whether you’re seeking high thrills or a serene ride, Disney Parks have it all. Of course, the Disney Parks are always changing, and with that comes new rides. So, if you’re curious about the new thrills and adventures that are coming to the Parks around the world, just keep on reading!
The following rides are ones that are currently in the works that Disney has fully confirmed, although they’ve talked of a few other ideas becoming a reality. So, without further ado, here are all the rides that are coming SOON to the parks!
Disney World and Disneyland
At Disney World and Disneyland, only one new ride is being actively constructed in each park, and that is Tiana’s Bayou Adventure!

This ride will replace the former Splash Mountain at each park, and is currently set open in late 2024 in both parks.
Tokyo DisneySea
Out of the Disney Parks, Tokyo DisneySea is getting the most new attractions.
Disney announced that an all-new Rapunzel boat ride would be added, where guests can join in on a boat ride under the lanterns with Rapunzel and Flynn Rider.

In Peter Pan’s Never Land, you can join in on a Never Land attraction with Peter, the Lost Kids, and Tink as they rescue John from Captain Hook. You’ll also be able to help Tinker Bell deliver packages across Pixie Hollow on Fairy Tinker Bell’s Busy Buggies.

In Frozen Kingdom, you’ll be able to learn how love can thaw a frozen heart on Anna and Elsa’s Frozen Journey.

Speaking of Anna and Elsa… That takes us to Hong Kong Disneyland!
Hong Kong Disneyland
In Hong Kong, World of Frozen is set to open in November 2023 and will boast a few Frozen-themed attractions! The one we’re most excited about is Wandering Oaken’s Sliding Sleighs — the first Frozen roller coaster!

Moreover, World of Frozen will have its very own version of Frozen Ever After, in which Anna and Elsa will actually have FACES and not projections! (We’re a little bit jealous. Is it too obvious?)

And there you have it! While these are the only brand new rides that are currently being constructed (that we know of for sure), there are plenty of rides that Disney has announced will be CHANGING soon, which you can check out by clicking here. We’ll continue to keep you all updated with more Disney news as we have it, so make sure to follow along for more so that you’re always in the loop.
