Disney Springs has SO much to see and do.
There are tons of restaurants to check out and stores to shop at, but we’ve seen loads of store closures recently as new ones get ready to replace them. We asked our readers on Facebook what stores they would like to see added to Disney Springs, and you all had LOTS of suggestions!
BoxLunch
Many of our readers said they would love to see a BoxLunch store in Disney Springs, so they could get all their Loungefly merchandise in one location!
BoxLunch doesn’t only sell Loungefly bags and merchandise, but it is one of the most popular items they sell. The store’s entire inventory is popular among Disney fans, and we totally agree — we’d love to see one of these in Disney Springs.
CVS/Walgreens
Other readers said they’d really love to see some sort of drugstore/pharmacy in the shopping district, like CVS or Walgreens.
While you can find some essentials like sunscreen, generic medication, and more of that nature in Disney World hotel stores, it can be hard to find (and sometimes expensive) otherwise. Some of our readers said they have needed to pick up things like eye drops in the parks before, and had to either travel outside the Disney bubble or order outside the bubble to get it delivered.
Bookstore
Other readers of ours said they would LOVE to see a bookstore added to the Disney Springs area.
There are so many books that Disney has published — plenty to fill up a small bookstore — and they could sell some of the classic stories as well! We agree this is a great idea, especially since we’ve got some big reading fans on our own team.
Apple Store
Others said that they think an Apple Store could do really well in Disney Springs.
People have issues with their phones or smartwatches in the parks all the time — imagine if there was a store you could head to via Disney transportation that could help fix it! It would certainly make a very stressful situation on vacation (or at any time either) a lot easier.
A Villains Store
We knew it would be in here and we AGREE! Disney fans would love to see a store totally dedicated to Disney Villains in Disney Springs.
We’ve heard many stories of parents who have kids that especially love Disney villains having a hard time finding the perfect souvenir in the parks since villains’ merchandise is rarer than heroes’ merchandise. If you have a store totally dedicated to the villains, that whole issue goes away.
A Plus Size Store
Lastly, many of our readers said they would really love to see a store dedicated to plus-size clothing for men and women.
Sometimes Disney sizing isn’t very inclusive, and there’s nothing worse than finding a piece of apparel you adore only to find they don’t have it in your size. Our readers said they would really appreciate having a store dedicated to plus-size Disney clothing so they know they always have somewhere they can head to shop.
Disney Springs is already pretty full with different stores and shops, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t more room for more, so Disney if you’re listening, these are the stores the people would like to see! As always, stay tuned to AllEars for all the latest Disney news!
