Registration Opens TODAY for Moonlight Magic Event in Disney World

Look alive, Disney Vacation Club Members!

Moonlight Magic, special ticked events that are held exclusively for DVC members, have kicked off in Disney World. This after-hours event is hosting another night in Disney’s Animal Kingdom next month, and registration opens today, July 19th!

Moonlight Magic will take place in Animal Kingdom on August 2nd, 2023, and registration starts today at 11:00AM Eastern Time.

This is the last Moonlight Magic event scheduled for this park this year, so if you missed out on the last one — make sure you sign up soon. These events are a great way to experience the parks with low wait times in a nearly empty park — and there are complimentary snacks!

Keep in mind that a DVC Member can register themself and up to 4 additional guests per Membership, but the Member must attend the event.

At 11:00 AM, those on the website are placed in a queue in random order. Make sure you have your Membership number ready!

Update: Shortly after the queue opened, the website was struggling with all of the demand for this event. Some of our team’s family got bumped from their place in line a few times, and eventually, Disney paused the queue altogether.

At around 11:44AM, we noticed that the queue had resumed.

But, as of 11:57AM, registration for the event has sold out.
