The decorations typically just appear overnight! Maybe you’ve always wondered “how do they do that?” Well, we’ve got the answer!

Disney recently shared a behind-the-scenes look at how they prepare for the Halloween season in the parks!

According to Disney, the decorating happens overnight but the Cast Members work throughout the year to get it ready.

And not only that, the Halloween decorations can sometimes change in a single year. For example, for Disney World’s 50th Anniversary, Cinderella Carriage Pumpkin wreaths were introduced. This year, they made a comeback, but they won’t be around for long.

According to Disney “Once the clock strikes midnight on Nov. 1, they’ll turn back into the traditional Mickey pumpkins we all know and love and will be stored until the fall magic returns next year.”

We’ve actually already seen some Mickey pumpkin wreaths up in the park already, but they’re very limited. Looks like things will change on November 1st. We’ll be sure to keep you updated!
