There is so much changing at the Disney Parks right now that it’s difficult to keep track of everything. And with Disneyland now reopened, we’ve already seen some big changes happening there!
Not only is the resort gearing up for the grand opening of Avengers Campus next month, but it could also soon see a capacity increase. The resort also began to allow guests to pre-pay for parking, and announced reopening dates for Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel and Disneyland Hotel.
But there’s another change coming to the parks soon. According to the Orange County Register, Disneyland will end temperature checks for guests and Cast Members at the Pixar Pals parking structure, eastside Harbor Boulevard entrance, and westside Downtown Disney entrances on June 15th.
Cast members, though, will still be required to do their at-home COVID-19 health checklist that includes a temperature check. This comes as Orange County — in which Disneyland resides — moves into the yellow tier, which is the COVID-19 tier with the least restrictions.
We’re keeping an eye on the situation and we’ll let you know when we have updates!
