We’ve been closely following everything Disney+ here at AllEars!

There’s been lots of news lately on upcoming TV shows and movies, like Luca, Cruella, and Jungle Cruise. But in Disney’s Quarterly Earnings Call today, we also got an update on exactly how many subscribers the streaming service has!
When we last checked into these numbers, Disney+ had surpassed 100 million subscribers. That was in March 2020! And today, that subscriber count has reached 103.6 million.

Now, it’s worth noting that this number fell short of analysts’ expectations. According to Yahoo News, the service was expected to reach 110.3 million subscribers by the end of the quarter.

Meanwhile, ESPN+ reported 13.8 million subscribers as of April 3rd, while Hulu recorded 41.6 million.

We’ll continue keeping a close eye on the Quarterly Earnings Report, and we’ll keep you posted with any more news. Stay tuned to AllEars!
