Looking for help with your Disney reservation?
Disney offers a variety of ways to get assistance planning your Disney vacation, from a chat feature on their website to various phone numbers to call. But if you’ve been trying to get in touch with the Reservation Assistance phone line in particular, you may have some issues.
It turns out, that phone line is currently down! When we tried calling, we got an automated message saying “We’re sorry, all circuits are busy now. Will you please try your call again later? This is a recording.” It also specified that “Your call can not be completed at this time. Please try again later.”
If you need to get in touch with Disney, we recommend using the chat feature on the Disney World website. Or, just keep recalling Reservation Assistance to see if you can get put on hold. We were not having issues with other Disney phone lines at the time, like Tickets.
