“The tumble monkeys in Festival of Lion King at Animal Kingdom…when they fall into a seated position when Timon yells, “I WANT QUIET!”

And as so many pointed out, they then pick bugs off groom each other. 🙂

Debbie Poole had a wonderful story about this cast: I’d like to share it. “One of these wonderful primates took a liking to my wheelchair-using mom during the show. He always remembered her during each of our visits and would throw bugs to her, “sit” on her lap (he would balance on her wheelchair) and tried to teach her the hand jive (she never did get the hand of it). We understand that particular Tumble Monkey has moved on, but she loved every minute of the special attention he paid to her.”

This person is the kind who Walt pictured when he said Cast Member.

Deb Ragno and Angel Diven said their husbands were picked to play the warthog in the show. You guys tell me these to make me jealous, don’t you? 😉

I know a lot of us are worried we will lose this wonderful show with the new construction. But! Signs point to them saving it and it will supposedly move over to Africa. So, maybe a little less bitter party of two, Jason & Melinda Lenz? 🙂 (That made me laugh!)
