I was looking forward to see how 'Disneyfied' they would make Korean food!

Parkside Market is bright & airy and a lovely addition to Downtown Disney with DIN TAI FUNG just across the grassy commons .. ..

Ordered the BEEF + EGG BOWL and it was surprisingly good > Good bit of meat, good rice, perfectly-cooked egg but was just dying to see how authentic their GOCHUJANG was and I was pleasantly surprised .. .. Tart with a nice amount of kick and zero added sweetness .. .. Just the way it should be .. ..

With their homemade lemonade, it made for a great lunch! THANKS SEOUL SISTER!!
