Great Maple will be a “Southern California-based modern American eatery.” It will serve upscale dishes of fan-favorite comfort foods like fried chicken, burgers, and even salads.

This restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and will provide easy access for overnight guests, locals, and theme park visitors.

Signature dishes will include Buttermilk Fried Chicken & Maple Bacon Doughnuts, the Cajun Shrimp & Cheddar Biscuit Benedict, and the Soda Pop-Braised Baby Back Ribs. Plus, you’ll be able to indulge in the full bar which will serve wine, beer, and cocktails.

In addition to the restaurant itself, there will be a grab-and-go coffee shop, and food and beverage options will also be available at the pool bar and concierge lounge.
