NEWS: ‘Bluey’ Experiences Announced for Disney World!

If you’re a Bluey fan then man oh man, do we have BIG news for you!

Our favorite blue heeler is about to emBARK on a huge adventure, and the best part is that you can be a part of it! Here’s all you need to know on this breaking Bluey news!

Earlier this week, BBC Studios and Disney confirmed that an official Bluey movie is in the works! Set to release in theaters in 2027, the film will be written and directed by Bluey creator Joe Brumm and will be a collaboration with BBC Studios and The Walt Disney Company with Ludo Studio. But, that’s not all!

Announced today by Disney Experiences, Bluey will now be headed to  Disneyland Resort in California, Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, AND Disney Cruise Line! How epic is that!

According to an official statement from Disney Experiences:

“Beginning in January 2025, onboard Disney Cruise Line voyages originating from Australia and New Zealand, families can interact with Bluey and her sister, Bingo, like never before. From special meet-and-greets, to an interactive and clue-filled game that ends in a dance party featuring Bluey’s signature moves, families in the region can embark on a magical holiday with their favorite blue heeler.”

Josh D’Amaro, Chairman of Disney Experiences said: “Bluey has become a household name for families around the world and we are thrilled to bring her story to life in new ways. We can’t wait to watch our youngest guests and their families make memories with Bluey in our parks and on our cruises.”

More details on how Bluey will be making its way to Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort will be revealed in the upcoming months ahead and we cannot wait to find out! We’re hoping a meet-and-greet is also in the works.

This news comes as no surprise as Bluey stole the show in 2024! Not only did it take the crown as Disney+’s most-watched series, but it also fetched the title of the most-watched show across all streaming platforms.
