A NEW restaurant is opening at a popular Disney World hotel, and reservations can be made NOW!

The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort is home to some of the best restaurants around Disney World — we should know, we’ve eaten at them all! While it’s always bittersweet when one restaurant closes, the silver lining there is that it leaves room for more exciting options to come in the future. Now, it seems that Disney’s wasting no time in getting the newest restaurant to join the hotel up and running very soon!
Reservations for the newest restaurant, Bourbon Steak Orlando, are now open! Advance dining reservations can be made on OpenTable as early as July 26th. The restaurant is set to be open daily for dinner from 5 – 11 PM; however, hours are always subject to change at any time.
Based on the wording from Bourbon Steak, it seems like the restaurant could open before July 26th, but we’ll have to wait and see! We typically see new restaurants at Disney World do a soft opening, sometimes without reservations.

Since this is a signature dining restaurant, you’ll want to take notice that a dress code will be enforced and made available to you while booking your reservation.

This signature steakhouse by award-winning chef and restaurateur Michael Mina will call Disney’s Swan and Dolphin Resorts home when it’s ready to welcome its first guests through its doors. It replaced Shula’s, which closed on June 14th.

Chef Mina is a James Beard and Michelin-recognized chef and restaurateur who brings his celebrated, modern take on the quintessential American steakhouse. The menu here is expected to feature premium cuts of beef and seafood infused with global flavors, showcasing the three core elements of Mina’s culinary philosophy: product, technique, and presentation. While you’re dining, you can also anticipate an array of expertly crafted cocktails, an extensive wine list, and decadent signature desserts.
