Disney World is full of fun details and Easter Eggs, from secret movie references to hidden Mickeys.

One of the most iconic places to find these hidden details is in Magic Kingdom! The park is teeming with secrets that you’ll only notice if you look carefully. They’re everywhere, hiding in plain sight — so keep an eye out for these on your next trip!
Main Street, U.S.A. Windows
All along Main Street, U.S.A., you might have noticed that the windows on the second floors of the buildings have a ton of detail.

These names pay tribute to some of the imagineers and major contributors that helped shape the park we know and love.
Music Lessons
Center Street, a small offshoot of Main Street, U.S.A., also has some details in its windows. Above Crystal Arts, you can spot a window that says “Music & Dance Lessons.”

If you listen closely, you might catch one of those lessons taking place!
Lady and the Tramp Paw Prints
If you spend too much time looking up, however, you might miss an adorable reference to Lady and the Tramp outside of Tony’s Town Square Restaurant.

On the ground, outside of the covered patio, look closely for Lady and the Tramp’s paw prints inside of a heart on the concrete.
Bride’s Wedding Ring
The Haunted Mansion in Liberty Square is one of the best places to hunt for intricate details. You can find tiny nods to the in-depth storyline from top to bottom at this ride, and one of our favorites is Constance’s wedding ring.

If you look closely in the queue, right before you enter the holding area, you’ll see a small silver ring in the concrete! Most guests walk right by it without even noticing.
Madam Leota’s Gravestone
In another section of the queue, keep an eye out for tombstones. The Madame Leota tombstone comes alive from time to time.

If you watch closely, you might catch her open her eyes.

13 Lanterns
In Liberty Square, there are a lot of references to colonial America and the Revolutionary War. In front of The Hall of Presidents, you’ll find a more than 130-year-old live oak tree. During the American Revolution, the liberty tree became a symbol of revolt.

You can spot 13 lanterns hanging from its branches, representing the 13 original colonies.
Paul Revere Lantern
Another reference to the Revolutionary War is up in the windows! If you look up, you might find two lanterns through the glass.

This is a nod to Paul Revere, who was said to have taken a midnight ride before the battle of Lexington and Concord in order to warn the colonial militia in which direction the British were coming. “One if by land, and two, if by sea,” was the code.
Casey Jr Splash ‘n’ Soak Numbers
In Storybook Circus, check out the Casey Jr. Splash ‘n’ Soak Station. The Dumbo-inspired train has some details that look random, but they’re significant!

On each train car, you’ll spot a number representing the year that one of the four parks in Disney World opened — Magic Kingdom in ’71, EPCOT in ’82, Hollywood Studios in ’89, and Animal Kingdom in ’98.
Peanuts
Before you leave Storybook Circus, make sure you look down! The ground is covered in nods to circus details.

You’ll find faux peanuts, animal prints, and more — making it feel like a real circus.
Progress City
In Tomorrowland, if you take a ride on the Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover (and we recommend that you do), not only will you get to relax and get a fun view of Space Mountain, but you’ll also get a glimpse of the Progress City.

Disney describes this model as “Walt Disney’s dream for an experimental prototype community of tomorrow,” and it originated in Disneyland Park as part of that park’s Carousel of Progress from 1967 to 1973.

There are so many secrets hiding all over the parks, so keep an eye out on your next trip to Disney World! We’ll keep bringing you all the latest Disney news, so stay tuned to AllEars for more.
