The brown hat says “Happy Birthday” and is covered in red, yellow, blue, and gray “sprinkles” and mickey heads. The clear Mickey ears are also covered in this pattern.

But the best part? There’s a full cupcake on top! The cupcake has a wrapper that looks just like Mickey’s signature red shorts with white buttons.
