With hot summer days still ahead of us, we’re all on the hunt for refreshing frozen drinks — maybe particularly so when we’re enjoying a summer trip. And if you’re calling Disneyland Resort home for a few days this summer, you’re going to want to know where you can chill out with a frozen libation.

Here are some of our favorite spots for cooling off with a frozen drink at Disneyland Resort!
Disneyland
Head to Maurice’s Treats across from the Royal Theatre, and sip on their Boysen Apple Freeze! They also serve up specialty flavors like the new Peanut Butter and Jelly Slush.

For those with more adventurous palettes, brave the Milk Stand in Galaxy’s Edge and try your hand at some Blue Milk and Green Milk! Order them both to create your very own swirl of the two flavors. Finally, in Toontown you’ll find Goofy’s Freeze, where you can order from a selection of frozen Fanta beverages.

Disney California Adventure
Let’s hop across the esplanade now to Disney California Adventure for our next lineup of frozen drinks! Schmoozie’s is a great first stop as they offer both smoothies and milkshakes! They typically switch their milkshakes out seasonally, so there’s always something new to try.

For even more milkshake madness, head to Ghirardelli in Pacific Wharf for some seriously delicious drinks. On your way to Pacific Wharf, you can take a “pit stop” in Carsland, where you can swing by Flo’s V8 Cafe for their signature milkshakes!

Pacific Wharf is also home to Rita’s Baja Blenders, where adults can enjoy a frozen margarita!

Heading toward the “back” of California Adventure, there are a couple of spots in Pixar Pier where you can score a frozen drink! Lamplight Lounge has a great menu of fun cocktails to order — try the Open Ocean, which is a frozen mixture of Bacardi Raspberry Rum, Bols Blue Curaçao, Liquid Alchemist Orgeat (Almond), Agave Nectar, and fresh Lime Juice.

Once you’re done at Lamplight Lounge, head into Bing Bong’s Sweet Stuff for their zany collection of slushes!

Downtown Disney & The Resorts
When you’re done with the theme parks for the day, you don’t have to stop enjoying the frozen beverages! Downtown Disney as well as the resorts also offer great ways to cap off your day at Disneyland!

You have two main sources of all things frozen and sweet in Downtown Disney: Black Tap and Jamba Juice. Jamba will obviously be your go-to destination for smoothies (maybe hit up Jamba first thing in the morning before heading into the parks!)

Black Tap is THE place to go if you want a Crazy Shake! These milkshakes are absolute MONSTERS — sharing is highly recommended (but obviously not required).

For frozen drinks of a different sort, head to Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar. You can’t go wrong with any of their drink selections, but sticking with our theme today, you’ll want to order the Piranha Pool: a frozen concoction with Stoli Strawberry Vodka blended with Pineapple Juice, Cream of Coconut, Strawberry Purée, and Blue Curaçao!

Annnnnd now you know how to stay cool under the hot, hot sun at Disneyland Resort!
