You finished your runDisney race. Now what?

runDisney's biggest race weekend of the year, the Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend, kicks off tomorrow. Runners will tackle a 5K, 10K, half marathon or full marathon - or a combination of races - early in the morning. In general, they finish before the theme parks open, so what do runners like to do before they hit the rides and attractions? If you're new to Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend, here are some suggestions.

California Native Returns Home for Super Heroes Half Marathon Victory at Disneyland Resort

Nick Arciniaga, who grew up in Fountain Valley, Calif., but now lives in Arizona, won the Super Heroes Half Marathon on Sunday for his fourth runDisney half marathon victory at Disneyland Resort. Wearing a full-length Spiderman costume as he ran, Arciniaga blasted through the 13.1- mile course in record time: 1:09:28, nearly two minutes quicker than the race record (1:11:09). Lindsey Carter of Huntington Beach, Calif., was the first female finisher, crossing the line in 1:25:01. EDITOR'S NOTE: AllEars.Net's Laura Gilbreath and Lee Zimmerman participated in the weekend's events, after having just run in Walt Disney World's Wine and Dine Half Marathon Weekend. NFL Pro Bowl Activities Coming to WDW

The 2017 NFL Pro Bowl is coming to Orlando in January 2017. Walt Disney World Resort will host the Pro Bowl 5K Run, a celebratory parade featuring Pro Bowlers in Magic Kingdom and team practices at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. The Pro Bowl itself will be held on Sunday, January 29, 2017, at Camping World Stadium. Registration for the Pro Bowl 5K Run and tickets for the Pro Bowl will be available beginning October 25.
