INTRODUCTION
The Pacific Wharf area is a tribute to California's fishing industry. The warehouse-like buildings recall Monterey's cannery row, and the pier is hung with fishing nets and floats. But there's more likely to be ducks than seagulls floating in the water.
ATTRACTIONS AND ENTERTAINMENT
Boudin Bakery Tour – Colin Mochrie and Rosie O'Donnell are your video hosts on this walk-through tour which demonstrates the process of baking sourdough bread.
Mission Tortilla Factory Tour – Walk-through tour, with demonstration of flour and corn tortilla-making machines. Fresh tortillas are available at the end.
