Table-Service Dining Coming to The Diamond Horseshoe
Posted onStarting March 13, the Diamond Horseshoe, located in the Magic Kingdom's Frontierland, will be open daily for "all you care to enjoy" table-service lunch and dinner. Cost is $33 plus tax for adults, $19 for children ages 3-9.

Epcot's International Flower and Garden Festival returns on Wednesday for its 23rd year, and we can't wait! My family and I have some perennial favorites that only can be experienced during the 90-day festival, and I'm sure you do, too. Do we share some of the same must-dos?
CHEF MORIMOTO INTRODUCES CHEF YUHI FUJINAGA AS EXECUTIVE CHEF FOR MORIMOTO ASIA AT DISNEY SPRINGS
Posted onChef Masaharu Morimoto and Patina Restaurant Group have named Yuhi Fujinaga as executive chef of Morimoto Asia at Disney Springs. Chef Yuhi now oversees the day-to-day culinary operations at the pan-Asian restaurant. Previously, Chef Yuhi was executive chef at Patina Restaurant Group's New York City-based Sea Grill. Known for his modern cooking style, Chef Yuhi draws inspiration from his Japanese heritage and upbringing in Hawaii, where he learned to cook from his grandmother.
2016 Food and Wine Festival Extends Over 60 Days
Posted onDates for the 2016 Epcot International Food and Wine Festival were announced last week. This year the festival will run September 14 through November 14, for a total of 62 days, nine days longer than last year's 53-day event.
