Apply now to be Walt Disney World or Disneyland college intern

If you're a college student who dreams of working at Walt Disney World or Disneyland, the Disney College Program can give you a sense of what that is like. The application process is now open for fall programs. The next Disney College Program terms are Fall (August through January) and Fall Advantage (May through January). There also are Spring sessions. However, there is not a summer-only program for first-time participants. Because of the high demand, those spots are reserved for DCP alumni, who will be contacted directly.

125,000 Disney Employees to Receive $1,000 Cash Bonus

Today, Robert A. Iger, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, The Walt Disney Company, announced that more than 125,000 eligible employees will receive a one-time $1,000 cash bonus. The Company will also make an initial investment of $50 million in a new and ongoing education program specifically designed to cover tuition costs for hourly employees. The two new initiatives represent a total allocation of more than $175 million in this fiscal year. All full and part-time non-executive employees, either hourly or salaried, who have been with The Walt Disney Company since January 1, 2018, and are based in the United States will be paid a one-time $1,000 cash bonus. Employees will receive the bonus in two payments, the first in March and the second in September of this year. In keeping with applicable federal law, the Company will work with union representatives regarding potential distribution plans for employees currently working under existing union contracts.

Adventures by Disney Announces 2019 River Cruises

Adventures by Disney, a leader in guided group travel worldwide, revealed today new cruise vacations for 2019, offering more European river cruise sailings than ever before, including all-new sailings down France's Seine River. New Southern California land packages were also announced, which can be added on to 2018 Disney Cruise Line vacations setting sail from San Diego.
