I’ve Seen Every Disney Super Bowl Ad, and This One Has Me Scratching My Head

Okay, so something BIG is happening this weekend, and no, we’re not talking about something happening in Disney World.

This weekend is Super Bowl weekend, which will see a match between the Philadelphia Eagles vs. the Kansas City Chiefs. Now, we know not everyone loves watching football, but you might be interested in the snacks, and more importantly, the ads. Well, Disney just revealed its new Super Bowl ad for this year and it’s asking a bold question, “What if?”

The new Super Bowl ad, which is narrated by Josh Gad (aka Olaf) asks some questions like “What if there was no galaxy far, far away?” and “There was no Joy?” Yes, this ad is asking us to imagine a world without Disney and Hulu. It even asks “What if no one ever did get murdered in this building.”

Well, that would really suck, and the ad says so as it promotes all the great programming on Disney+ and Hulu. Check it out for yourself below.

The ad ends with “The greatest stories ever told” as Gad mentions that these things DO exist and “Aren’t we lucky for that?”

According to Ad Week, a 30-second version of this ad will air during the Super Bowl either during the end of the first quarter or the beginning of the second. This marks the second year that Disney has run an ad for Disney+ during the Big Game.
