If you don’t have any Disney souvenirs in your home, are you REALLY a Disney fan?

Disney is constantly coming up with and releasing new merchandise and fans are usually quick to buy it up. That’s true, especially with certain items like Starbucks mugs and tumblers, seasonal items, and limited-time finds (no, we have not forgotten about the Figment popcorn bucket saga of 2022). We’re taking you through some of the hardest Disney souvenirs to get in 2025…so you can prepare yourself and maybe do some shopping now!
Country Bears Merchandise
In case you haven’t heard, Country Bear Jamboree is getting a huge overhaul! The show is getting several changes including new styles of music, the addition of Disney songs,

Fans are divided on these changes — some love the original and wish it could stay while others are excited to see the bears in a new light. Since there are so many fans of the original, we may see old Country Bear merchandise become harder and harder to get.

Right now, you can still order the 50th Anniversary Celebration Country Bear Jamboree Collectible Plush online! Many 50th anniversary souvenirs have sold out, so we were shocked to see this still available. We expect it to go out of stock soon though with the Country Bear changes currently in progress!

We expect new merchandise to be released when the show debuts in the summer of 2024, so we’ll keep you posted on that.
Lug Bags
If you’re in the know when it comes to Disney merchandise trends, then you know that Lug bags are a hot commodity. Lug has released several new bags for different EPCOT pavilions, Winnie the Pooh, Figment, and more. They sell out nearly every time Cast Members put them on the shelves!

We expect more and more Lug bags to come out to celebrate festivals and new characters, so if you see one, snag it while you can! You’ll probably have better luck in person at the parks because they tend to sell out even quicker online.
Test Track Merchandise
Just like Country Bear Jamboree, Test Track in EPCOT is also seeing a pretty massive makeover. We’ve seen some of the concept art and if the ride ends up like this, it’ll look totally different. It also looks like Disney is trying to tie in some elements from World of Motion, which used to exist where Test Track is now.

If you want to commemorate this era of Test Track, time is running out to do so! The ride closes on June 17th, 2024 to begin its refurbishment. That’s why we expect people to be buying up older Test Track merchandise like this poster making it harder to find.

This is another case where we expect new merchandise to be released when Test Track reopens (no word on a reopening timeline just yet), but we’ll likely see this older merchandise fizzle out.
Want to get your hands on these? We highly recommend buying them sooner rather than later — they could be gone before you know it! Stay tuned to AllEars for more tips and in the meantime, check out our favorite place to shop for Disney merchandise online below.
