Have gone to three of the four first aid stations in the parks (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and Hollywood Studios). Uniformly profession and helpful from cleaning and bandaging a cut finger, to aspirin for a headache, to being able to lie down when the heat became too much .
Highly recommend

Pros:

Readily available help for whatever comes up

Ok context, I have chronic pain in my legs that exponentially gets worse as I walk and I had pushed myself to far the previous few days without a proper rest.
I was at the not so scary Halloween event and finally given up on trying to spite my way through the event and stumbled my way to first aid, I felt like I was gonna both pass out and be sick from the pain so I had decided I needed ice, I had to wait a minute for the guy at the desk to appear but when he did he was immediately worried and I only asked for ice, he instead offered me ice, pain medicine, a nap in the back, water, and a WHEELCHAIR all while still acting like I was human and making sure I was ok and not gonna faint, when I ended up in tears from the pain and the offer of a wheelchair which has never happened before he and the other worker there comforted me and told me it was ok and that we all need help, I have never had an experience like this before and have never had a pain free park experience like that before

Pros:

Super nice and friendly, staff go above and beyond and don’t just treat you like another problem to solve.

Cons:

Was a bit out of the way of the area where most guests would be (aka the ride areas)

For the first time in our 4 previous times visiting we had to use the first aid center. I got really bad heat rash and I finally broke down and went to get some ice during one of the MK days. I was in and out so fast it made me regret not using them sooner.

Pros:

Fast, easy to find, and really nice and understanding staff

Cons:

Not enough people know about it or use it when they need it

We have to utilize the first aid station almost every trip. Blisters, headaches, small scrapes, etc. They have anything you might need for a small medical issue.

Pros:

Well stocked, helpful cast members

Cons:

Location not always convenient

The medical professionals are extremely caring and knowledgeable. I was overheated and nauseous from a ride in Animal Kingdom. They quickly took care of me. I was able to re-hydrate and cool off. After about an hour, I was able to (thankfully) enjoy the rest of the day at AK.

Pros:

There if you need them!

Disney's care centers are honestly the best. They have almost everything that you need. I had a family member trip and sprain an ankle within Animal Kingdom, and we were provided with ice and an ankle rap after some inspected him to ensure he was okay. This allowed us to continue with our day and avoid further injury.

Pros:

It helps you feel better.

Cons:

Sucks that you had to be there in the first place.
