The next Universal Halloween Horror Nights House has been announced, and we’re going back to the Upside Down!
Halloween Horror Nights is one of the highlights of our fall trips to Universal Orlando, and they’ve been slowly announcing more and more houses. A fan favorite is returning but with a new upgrade.
Universal just announced that a Stranger Things 5 House is coming to Universal Orlando and Hollywood! Halloween Horror Nights starts on August 28th in Universal Orlando and Universal Hollywood on September 3rd.
You’ll get to “join the Hawkins gang for one last adventure as you try to survive an army of Demogorgons, slay the Mind Flayer, and defeat Vecna once and for all.”
Now, this isn’t the first Stranger Things house we’ve seen. In past years, we’ve seen the crew take on Vecna, but after the final season, this seems to be the end. You’ll get to make your way through familiar scenes, including the Wheeler House, Hawkins National Laboratory, the MAC-Z military base, as well as the haunting realms of the Upside Down and the Abyss. You’ll be hunted at every turn by Demogorgons and other sinister creatures with Vecna on your heels in this all-or-nothing battle for survival.
There will also be all-new limited-release merchandise inspired by the house. The park’s exclusive collection will include a t-shirt and a mug infused with ’80s nostalgia, plus a Stranger Things-inspired acrylic figure that fits into the separately sold Infernal Carnival collectible display, which will represent other houses of the year. You can find the souvenirs now at both parks, and they will also be available online on June 18th at 9 AM PST at shopUniversal.com, with more to come.
Universal Orlando’s Halloween Horror Nights will run on select nights from August 28th to November 1st, and tickets are on sale now.
