Some BIG changes are coming to Disneyland.

Haunted Mansion is getting a brand-new queue and gift shop. Tiana’s Bayou Adventure will open in about a month. An Avatar-themed land AND a new Coco ride are coming to the parks. But that’s not the only NEW thing coming to Disneyland. A new Lightning Lane option will soon be available.
Disney recently announced that a new Lightning Lane (skip-the-line) option, Lightning Lane Premier Pass will be coming to both Disney World and Disneyland. If you’ll be visiting Disneyland soon, the new pass will be available on October 23rd.

Lightning Lane Premier Pass is different than the current Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Lightning Lane Single Pass options you can use in the parks. Lightning Lane Premier pass doesn’t require you to make any Lightning Lane selections ahead of time; instead, you can just go to the ride and get in its Lightning Lane whenever you want. This option also covers all rides that offer Lightning Lane, regardless of whether it’s through the Multi Pass or Single Pass. Note that the option only allows you to enter each Lightning Lane once.
We have a FULL GUIDE to Lightning Lane Multi Pass — check it out!

You’ll be able to purchase the Lightning Lane Premier Pass to add on to your theme park ticket beginning at 7AM two days in advance of your visit. It will also include unlimited downloads of Disney PhotoPass digital photos, and PhotoPass Lenses. However, Lightning Lane Premier Pass will only be available in “very limited quantities.”
