FIRST LOOK: 7 New Menu Items Are Now Available at a Disney Springs Restaurant

Heading over to Disney Springs soon? You’re in for a good time with some tasty treats and one-of-a-kind experiences! Disney Springs offers something for everyone, like great Asian cuisine at Morimoto Asia — which just announced new additions to its menu!

Morimoto Asia Street Food is a quick-service walk-up window on Morimoto Asia’s restaurant patio that offers small pan-Asian plates and assorted Asian-inspired beverages. It is also adding four new items to its menu!

First up is the Teriyaki Salmon Onigiri (Japanese Rice Ball)! This dish features teriyaki-glazed salmon, house-polished short-grain rice, and rice.

Joining the onigiri is the Taiwanese-style Fried Chicken “Gee Pie”. This dish is served with five-spice marinated chicken with a choice of curry spice or Beijing spice.

Fans of corn dogs will want to give the new Korean Corn Dog a try! It comes with a beef hotdog, mozzarella cheese, Panko bread crumbs, Sriracha ketchup, and honey mustard.

Lastly, Bulgogi Kimchi Ramen will be joining the new menu at Morimoto Asia Street Food. This ramen will be served with thin-sliced sweet soy-marinated beef, aromatics duck broth, house-pickled kimchi, gochujang sauce, scallion, and soy-marinated egg.

These new items will be available at Morimoto Asia Street Food daily from 12PM to 8PM.

But that’s not all — at the main table-service restaurant, the weekday lunch menu is also getting some new items! These new offerings will be available at Morimoto Asia Monday through Friday from 11:30AM to 3:30PM.

The first highlighted addition is the Katsudon, served with Panko breaded pork skirt, dashi soy, organic egg, scallions, and pickled ginger on top of house-polished white rice.

Morimoto Asia is also adding a new Poke Bowl to its lunch menu! The poke bowl will include tuna, salmon, hamachi marinated in soy, sesame, and crunchy garlic chili over sushi rice.

The last new highlight is the Asian Salad with mesclun and baby iceberg lettuce, cucumbers, tomato, red onion, orange segment, apple, wonton chips, and ginger dressing. Protein can be added for additional charges.
