
It’s funny how you can totally miss the effort put into themed landscaping because it looks just right. A beach resort with hammocks and…beaches. Yeah, that works, as does a labyrinth in merry olde England.
Disney put that same effort into creating just the right atmosphere for Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. Rocks, cactai, aloe plants, sand, and other dessert elements surround the attraction along with a wooden fence. Heck, they even use an old skillet to point out the entrance for mas and pas using wheelchairs and scooters.
