Say you have a question about your pass, benefits, or need recommendations. Annual Passholders can now call a dedicated Passholder phone line, engage in an online chat, or email questions to the support team.
To reach the V.I.PASSHOLDER SUPPORT Team:

Visit Disneyworld.com/PassholderHelp and fill out a short form.
Online Chat
Access the “Chat” feature at the very top Disneyworld.com/PassholderHelp and a Cast Member will be able to assist you from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM Eastern Time
If you are already in one of the parks, stop by the Liberty Square Ticket Office in Magic Kingdom park, Ticket Central at Disney’s Hollywood Studios or Ticket Corner at Disney’s Animal Kingdom theme park to speak with a Cast Member.
